See Casa #6“We had the best time at Hacienda Pinilla Hinterland #6! The house is absolutely beautiful—just like the photos—super clean, spacious, and feels brand new. It was ideal for our big family of 9, with plenty of room to relax and spend time together. The layout worked great for all ages, and it was especially easy for our elders to move around comfortably. The private pool was a favorite spot for everyone, and the home’s location—tucked away from the main road—made it feel like a peaceful hidden gem. At the same time, it’s just a short 5-minute drive to three amazing beaches: Mansita, Avellanas, and Langosta. The host, Mary, was always available, super kind, and really thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything even more enjoyable. See Casa #8“Mary was a terrific host and the house was gorgeous. She was extremely responsive, everything was super clean, they had everything you needed, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to make the day at the beach wonderful. The pool at the house was a modest size but super clean and lovely for cooling off. Every room being an en-suite with its own bathroom was great. The house is about a 12 minute drive to Playa Avellanas, which is great for surf lessons, and swimming when the tide is low. It’s 35 min to Tamarindo, where you’ll find more action. We love welcoming guests into a space where you can slow down, breathe, and really feel part of the neighborhood. Here, mornings might greet you with colorful macaws overhead and the soft call of howler monkeys in the distance. We are always happy to help with local tips, favorite restaurants, surf lesson bookings, or pointing you toward the perfect beach for the day. Our hope is that you arrive as visitors and leave feeling like friends.
